FOAM Filter - Washable, Permanent, Reusable, Low Resistance (1" or 1/2")

CONSTRUCTION: The Foam Filter consists of PPI 30 foam with aluminum expanded on both sides to assure maximum durability and internal loading capabilities. The media is enclosed in a medium weight aluminum frame, mitered and secured at one corner by rivets.

PERFORMANCE:  This low resistance filter is designed for applications such as industrial, commercial, electronic equipment, office buildings, and air cleaners where a permanent filter is recommended. This filter is designed to filter out small dust particles in computers and other electronic equipment. It can also be used in machinery application vents, air cleaners and other uses where a permanent filter is advantageous.The maximum temperature range of the Foam Filter is 250 degrees F.

MATERIAL: Filtering element shall be processed from PPI 30 foam. Frame shall be made from sheet Aluminum 3003-H14, .025 thickness. 

CLEANABILITY: Clean every 30 days or as needed. Clean with water, steam, or vacuum clean. Use gentle water pressure. Do not use Alkali solutions to clean as it will eat aluminum.
