Smith HEPA filters have a primary use in a contaminant free environment. Each individual filter is D.O.P. (Dioctyl Phthalate) tested in accordance with Army Instrn. Manual 136-300-175A, using cold DOP smoke particles. The filter is tested at 0.3 micron diameter particles. The scanning test is performed in accordance with Fed. Standard 209b. All test data is listed on each individual filter.
  • Smith HEPA filters are designed to meet the high level of filtration needed in applications such as pharmaceutical, hospital, electronic component manufacturing, aerospace, food processing and all facilities that must have HEPA Filtration.

  • Ultraseal HEPA Filters are manufactured to Federal Mil-Spec 282, UL 586 and UL 900 Class 1 & 2. 99.97%, 99.99%, and 99.999% are Tested and Scanned on .03 micron, in accordance with IEST-RP-CC034.1. Each filter is inspected, tested and scanned before it leaves our lab. Two quality control stickers are attached to each filter with the efficiency of the HEPA during the test, pressure drop, flow rate and a serial number for that specific filter.

  • Ultraseal HEPA Filters come in a variety of framing materials including; wood, aluminum, galvanized steel, and stainless steel.

  • Ultraseal HEPA Filters are available in five frame styles: box, Double Turned Flange (DTF), Gel Seal, single header or doubleheader.

  • Each Filter comes standard with a Neoprene gasket for a leak resistant seal. Available with double gaskets, fire retardant flake board, Galvanized and Aluminum metal frame plus headers. 

  • The standard models can be utilized up to 220ºF, and 100% RH and the High Temp model are available to operate up to 500 ºF.
