Refund policy
Returns, Refunds, Shipping Damage, Exchange, and Cancellation Policies:
Returns:
For returnable items (list of non-returnable items is below), you may return your unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. You must request a return via the contact form on the "contact us" page; include your order number that starts with "AFH."
Unless your item is received damaged, or there was some error on our part, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If we made an error, we will provide a prepaid return label and provide a full refund or replacement at our expense.
If you receive a product with damage that renders the item unusable, do not request a return, refer to the shipping damage policy below so we can arrange replacement.
Because refunds will not be issued in full for items damaged in return shipping or returns that are never received, we highly recommend that you insure return shipments for their full value and provide airfilterhub@yahoo.com with the tracking number.
We do not accept returned items that have been opened from original sealed packaging if applicable, used, installed, damaged, written on, sprayed with scents, altered, weathered from improper storage, etc.
Do not remove factory labeling from the shipping box. Do not write all over the shipping box, affix a shipping label over the old one. Use clear packing tape if available.
Refunds are made to your original payment source. Unless there was an error on our part, refunds for returns may incur a 2.9%-5.9% restock fee, depending on which payment method you used, as payment processing fees are not refunded to us.

Shipping Damage Policy:
All items are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition, however due to the nature of shipping, sometimes shipping damage occurs.
Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely.
- If your item arrives damaged to the point of being unusable, we will assist you in receiving a replacement - at no cost to you. Disposable filters with lite cosmetic damage do not qualify.
- You must submit photos of damaged items to us in the format that is required by the shipper, in order to receive a replacement. Word of mouth claims are not valid, photos are required.
- If there is minor damage to the packaging, please indicate as such if/when you sign for the shipment.
- In the unlikely event that you find your product to be damaged upon opening, please notify Air Filter Hub Support at airfilterhub@yahoo.com within 48 hours.
- Please notify Air Filter Hub Support of any product shortages within 48 hours of receipt. The claim will be investigated and resolved. Air Filter Hub is not liable for damages caused by shortages.
- Do not refuse your delivery if the box looks damaged, we will provide replacements upon receiving photos of the damage. Shipping companies charge a fee for refused deliveries, this may incur a fee to you and the product cost may not be refunded as described in the "Undeliverable / Return to Sender" policy below.
Order Cancellation Policy:
Your payment method is charged at the time of checkout. Many products are custom and built-to-order, and orders may not be cancelled if they have been put into production or shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please request it through our contact form. Customer-cancelled order refunds before the allotted 30 day handling time period incur a 2.9%-5.9% restock fee, depending on which payment method you used, 2.9% for standard cards, 3.9% for American Express with an additional 0.60% for American Express and Premium cards, and 5.9% for Shop Installments; as payment processing fees are not refunded to us. There is no cancellation fee after a 30 day period of non-shipment. Although we do our best to work with you, we reserve the right to refuse order cancellations before the 30th day. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time by notifying you of the cancellation and providing a full refund. We are not liable for any loss incurred by order cancellations or late shipments. Any shipping dates given are estimates. The terms of this section prevail over any shipping date estimates or other information given over email, phone, etc.
Restock / Cancellation Fee:
Refunds are made to your original payment source. Unless there was an error on our part, refunds for returns or cancellations will incur a restock fee as outlined in the order cancellation policy above, depending on which payment method you used, as payment processing fees are not refunded to us.
Undeliverable / Returned to Sender:
Undeliverable or refused deliveries may incur a fee which is billed to you, this fee is determined by the shipping company. Undeliverable, refused, or missed deliveries may not be refunded nor replaced at no charge. If you provided an incorrect address, we can reship at your expense once the package arrives back to us. If it is a shipping company error, they should correct their error at no charge. If your package is delivered to a pickup location by the shipping company, and is not picked up by you in time resulting in it being returned to sender, the only option is to re-ship at your expense, there are no returns, replacements, or refunds for this scenario.
Unauthorized Instructions to Shipper:
If you contact a carrier and instruct them to re-deliver for signature-required deliveries that were dropped off at an access point for you to pick up due to no one being present to sign during the original delivery, or if you have a shipper pick up a prepaid return from your location, you will be billed for any carrier fees incurred.
Incorrect Address:
If you provide an incorrect address you will be billed for any address correction fees that the shipping company charges.
Exchanges:
Depending on the product, we may be able to assist with an exchange or resize. Please contact us if you need to exchange.
Communication:
If you notify us of a problem, whether it be an incorrect product received or anything else, and you do not continue to communicate, or refuse to provide proof, we will consider the problem resolved or we will decide the resolution.
Subscriptions:
By enabling a subscription you agree to these terms. Subscriptions are available for certain products. Subscription orders that have been placed before subscription cancellation can only be cancelled if the order has not been made and ready to ship. If the item has been made ready to ship then the order is not cancellable and not returnable. For subscription orders cancelled after the automatic order is placed but before the item is made ready to ship, and where payment method is successfully charged, refunds will be subject to the fee in the cancellation policy. All other Air Filter Hub policies apply to subscriptions. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. By authorizing a subscription you agree to be charged and pay the list price for the product at the time of the automatic order. We reserve the right to end subscription service at any time. If there is any mistake on our part, cancellation fees will be waived.
Chargebacks:
Unwarranted, fraudulent, and friendly chargeback and dispute amounts are re-billed to you plus a $15-$20 fee, payable upon receipt. If unpaid, an alternate recovery process begins. A chargeback results in a permanent ban of service. Thefts by chargeback are reported to the state police. Chargeback or dispute threats through email or over the phone result in strict limitation of your future payment options.

Warranties are manufacturer warranties, and claims are decided at the discretion of the manufacturer. Air Filter Hub LLC does not warrant products unless otherwise noted. Warranties cover manufacturer defects and not general wear from use, age, etc. The party responsible for warranty shipping expenses is at the manufacturer's discretion.
