Shipping policy

Services: Most products are shipped with UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Some large orders are shipped by freight. We reserve the right to use any shipping company and service at our discretion for any order.

Free Shipping on most products to most U.S. states on orders placed through the website at the prices advertised. Bulk quantity quotes and orders may have shipping itemized, which ensures you get the best price for your bulk order. Some products have a shipping charge, which is displayed during checkout. 

Remote Location Shipping Charge Exception - If you are located in a remote area with exceptionally high shipping rates, we reserve the right to charge an extra fee to cover exceptionally high shipping costs. You will have the option to cancel the order for a full refund if you do not wish to cover the difference. 

Handling time estimates are stated in some product descriptions and are subject to change without notice but will not exceed 30 days unless otherwise noted in the product description or other arrangements are made, or in extreme circumstances such as material shortages due to uncontrollable world events. Some descriptions state that by ordering you consent to any handling time. Any ship date estimates given in listings, through email, or any line of communication are estimates and are not guaranteed dates.

Shipping transit times vary depending on the shipping service used. We reserve the right to use any shipping method at our discretion. 

Undeliverable address may incur a fee billed to you. Undeliverable orders may not be refunded at our discretion. You can pay to have the package reshipped to you. Make sure your address is correct while placing your order. 

Refused Deliveries may incur a fee billed to you. Refused deliveries may not be refunded at our discretion. You can pay to have the package reshipped to you. If goods arrive damaged you must contact us so we can file a shipping claim and send replacements, if you refuse the package, you will be billed, and we cannot assist you as easily from that point. Please see the Return and Refund Policy for more details.

Import Duties for foreign transactions are the responsibility of the customer.

Unauthorized orders to shipper - If you contact a carrier and instruct them to re-deliver on signature-required deliveries that were dropped off at an access point for you to pick up, or have a shipper pick up a prepaid return from your location, etc., you will be billed for any carrier fees and charges incurred. 

All shipments are FOB (Free on Board)

We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from your location after delivery.

Shipping Damage Policy:

All items are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition, however due to the nature of shipping, sometimes shipping damage occurs.

Do not refuse delivery if damaged. You may not be refunded for refused packages. Shippers charge fees for refused deliveries, these fees are billed to you or deducted from your refund if there is anything left to refund after the carrier levies their fees.

Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely.

  • If your item arrives damaged to the point of being unusable, we will assist you in receiving a replacement - at no cost to you. You must allow us to file the shipping claim in order to receive replacements or refunds from us. If you file the claim yourself, we cannot help you; the shipper will reimburse you or us (if they reimburse us we will then refund you), and you will have to re-order your product once you receive your reimbursement. If the shipper decides to reimburse us, you must wait until we receive reimbursement for us to then reimburse you. This is why you should let us file the case, that way you will receive the fastest resolution possible you will not have to wait for the shipper.
  • Disposable filters with cosmetic damage that are still usable do not qualify (usability is determined by us). 
  • You must be willing and able to submit photos of damaged items to us in the format that is required by the shipper in order to receive a replacement. Word of mouth claims are not valid, you must provide photos of the damage.
  • If there is minor damage to the packaging, please indicate as such if/when you sign for the shipment.
  • In the unlikely event that you find your product to be damaged upon opening, please notify Air Filter Hub Support at airfilterhub@yahoo.com within 48 hours.
  • Please notify Air Filter Hub Support of any product shortages within 48 hours of receipt. The claim will be investigated and resolved. Air Filter Hub is not liable for damages caused by shortages, delayed deliveries, defects, damages during shipping, etc.

If your UPS MyChoice settings (or any shipping company) are set to "autosign" or to "release shipping company of liability":

If your UPS MyChoice, or any shipper's, settings are set to "release UPS of liabilities" for your deliveries, then Air Filter Hub is also not liable for damaged or lost deliveries, and we are not able to assist in any claims. With this setting, you (the RECEIVER) are responsible for lost or damaged packages. The following is this UPS policy in depth as per UPS: 

"(7) Liability Limitations. UPS shall not be liable to you for any loss, claim, liability, or damage of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages, whether based on contract or otherwise ("Loss") arising out of, or resulting from, UPS's provision of, or failure to provide, the Service, including by following consignee instructions, failure to follow consignee instructions, delivery pursuant or contrary to consignee's instructions, misdelivery, or delayed delivery. UPS's liability for loss or damage to a package or delayed delivery shall be limited pursuant to the UPS Tariff. The UPS Service Guarantee does not apply to packages subject to the Services, including without limitation a change in service level. All claims for loss or damage or delay shall be filed in accordance with the UPS Tariff by the original shipper.

By selecting the Authorized Shipment Release service, you authorize UPS to release packages addressed to you at your address when no one is present to receive the delivery. UPS will only make one delivery attempt and will not obtain a signature upon delivery. A UPS delivery record constitutes conclusive proof of delivery and, by selecting the Authorized Shipment Release service, you will be asked and are required to accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the package after it has been released at the address. UPS retains sole and unlimited discretion to honor your Authorized Shipment Release request (and may not, for example, due to delivery conditions such as adverse weather or safety). Authorized Shipment Release is not available if the shipper has specified an adult signature is required for your package.

In no event shall UPS be liable for any Loss, including but not limited to loss, theft, alteration of, unauthorized access to, or acquisition of, your personal information, or other security breach, compromise, or incident involving your personal information, whether by third parties or otherwise, arising out of or resulting from misuse or impairment of the security of the personal information (including but not limited to security access codes or vacation information) that you provide to UPS to allow it to render the Services to you."
