Filters are 1/2" undercut, as is standard for filter sizing. 1/8" undercut on thickness.

CONSTRUCTION: The Perm A Steel air Filter is a lightweight galvanized filter. It consists of multiple layers of galvanized expanded material, expanded through specific feeds to assure maximum filtering and internal loading capabilities. The media is enclosed in a lightweight galvanized frame, mitered and secured at one corner by rivets. The filter is designed for applications such as light industrial, commercial, restaurants, schools, and office buildings where a lightweight permanent filter is recommended. Maximum temperature range on the Perm A Steel Filter is 425 degrees F. Available in both stock and special sizes. Available in 3” and 4” thicknesses.

MATERIAL: Filtering element shall be processed from sheet steel commercially known as hot dip galvanize, no less than .0157 in thickness expanded through no less than .020 feed. Frame shall be made from hot dip galvanize steel.
